Wednesday Noon Meditations Have Resumed

The meditations start promptly at noon and last for 1 hour. There are two silent seated meditations plus a walking meditation.
Plan to arrive a bit early, leave your jacket and shoes in the lobby and enter the sanctuary in silence.
Meditation cushions are provided or you can sit in the front row of pews.

For more information contact Erich Moraine (Rev. Shokan Muishitzu Roshi).

Forest Meditations Are Now Offered

We meet on the third Saturday of the month rain or shine 9:00 AM at the designated location.
Each month a different location is selected suitable for a 20 minute self guided silent walking

meditation.
We meet at the beginning of the walk, go our separate ways for 20 minutes then briefly

reconnect afterwards.
This is offered in the spirit of the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing)
For more information and to get directions to the next walk please contact Tracy Moraine.
