Hours:  9:45am to 11:45am Every Sunday
(Occasional extra hours may be required for special

church events.)
 
Compensation:  $15/hour paid at the end of each

month. No benefits.
 
Supervisor: Lead Educator
 
Qualifications:

• Experience with early childhood care

• Ideally, Red Cross First Aid training

 
Requirements:

• Agree to and pass a criminal background check (if over 18 years of age)

• Sign and abide by the Code of Ethics for youth and adults in leadership roles with children

 
General duties:

• Provide safe and nurturing care during the worship service for children from infancy through 3-4 years of age.

• Engage the children in simple activities.

• Attend to physical needs such as diaper changes, runny nose, etc.

• Maintain the nursery environment be tidying toys, removing broken toys, cleaning up spills, wiping surfaces.

• Greet parents, ensuring that children are signed in and out, and projecting a sense of calm and cheer.
