Please submit only those events that are directly conducted by LCUUC, not outside events that you may feel are of general interest (information about these events could be sent out using open_mic_list@lcuuc.org). The calendar is updated through a manual process so you may not see your event on the calendar for a few days.
To submit events to LCUUC's online Calendar of Events, as well as to our printed monthly Newsletter. send an email to calendar@lcuuc.org and include the following information:
The title of the event:
The day and date of the event (example "Thu., Jan. 9"):
The beginning and end time of this event (example "7-9pm"):
The location of this event and if it is at LCUUC please indicate which room/s (see below):
Description of event (if desired):
The contact person for this event:
And how to contact that person (could be their email address or phone number):
The name of the person who submitted this event:
Please note: We have named each room to avoid confusion. The "Meeting Room" is the 3rd thru 5th grade classroom, it has a large table and chairs. The "Couch Room" is the high school room and has no table only comfortable furniture. Both of these rooms are available day or night but there is no access to the kitchen on weekdays. The "Large Double Classroom" is the middle school room and is empty but has large cushions in the closet. And there is the "Social Hall." Both of these rooms are only available after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Unless otherwise reserved, all rooms and the kitchen are available all day on the weekends.
