Our Unitarian Universalist Principles- A Kid's Version
Although Unitarian Universalists profess no creed, we have seven principles on which we agree.  The version of our principles below was written by religious educators for UU children; it is also the underlying theme of all our religious education (R.E.) classes.

We believe...

  • We believe that each and every person is important.
  • We believe that all people should be treated fairly.
  • We believe that our churches are places where all people are accepted and where we keep on learning together
  • We believe each person must be free to search for what is true and right in life.
  • We believe each person should have a vote on the things that concern him or her.
  • We believe we should help build a peaceful, fair, and free world.
  • We believe in caring for our planet earth.
